PAYMENT OPTIONS
For your convenience, our office accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We have committed to choosing a credit card processing company that donates 10% of their gross revenue to non-profit organizations. The donation generated by our clinic is distributed locally to Desert Sky Montessori Charter School.
We are in the process of completing network enrollment with many of the local insurance plans. Please check your provider directory to see if we are in-network with your plan.
